Dr. T the PreK GURU

I am an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in teaching, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and higher education. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Education, I have dedicated over a decade to fostering growth, innovation, and excellence in education and organizational management. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating inclusive learning environments and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. My professional journey spans multiple sectors, beginning with eight years as a classroom teacher, where I honed my skills in developing student-centered instructional strategies and adapting to the diverse needs of learners. I also spent two years working in regulatory compliance and quality assurance, where I gained valuable experience in ensuring organizational processes met high standards of efficiency and integrity. In addition, I served as an adjunct professor, teaching diverse ESOL students in higher education, an experience that deepened my passion for supporting individuals from various backgrounds and enhancing their academic journeys. As the Director of a preschool, I have been responsible for leading early childhood education initiatives, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring that young learners receive the best possible start to their education. This role allowed me to blend my leadership skills with my love for nurturing young minds and fostering an environment of care, creativity, and academic growth. I am driven by a strong desire to make meaningful contributions to society. I love meeting new people, learning new processes, and working collaboratively to tackle challenges and inspire positive change. My diverse experiences have shaped my belief that educational leadership is not only about achieving academic success but also about cultivating strong relationships, promoting lifelong learning, and advocating for equity in education. I am passionate about creating environments where all individuals—whether students, educators, or leaders—are empowered to thrive.I am an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in teaching, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and higher education.
